7 years ago, Tom was my agent when I bought my house. When it came time to sell, he was the first person I thought of to represent me. I once again enjoyed Tom's outstanding level of service. The day after calling him to list my house he already had comparisons of similar houses that sold so I could get a feel for the asking price I wanted. I needed some work done, and Tom was able to readily get me 2 quotes to choose from (3rd person couldn't make it, early Covid stay at home time). I never felt pressured to choose this guy or that one. You can tell that Tom loves helping people, and getting them the best deal. You can't go wrong either buying or selling with Tom.
